Good Hope is a town in Walton County, Georgia, United States. The population was 210 at the 2000 census. The Georgia General Assembly incorporated the place as the Town of Good Hope in 1905. The community was so named on account of the first settlers’ “good hope” their town would grow to become prosperous.
